After that all drama and school stuff let's move on to my hobby...
My hobby is not common if i say so, in Indonesia gymnastic is least popular sport. The most popular one is badminton or we call it "bulutangkis". So i joined gymnastics class since i was in third grade probably it's been 6 years i joined gymnastic. I've learn the basics of gymnastic since i was probably 12 years old and i kinda know the tips and tricks... So this is the basic moves in gymnastic
OK... so that's the basic move in gymnastic you will say that is pretty easy but as you learn it in real life you will say it's kinda hard except the tuck jump,straight stand and hallow you will be find. The hard one is when you do the bridge, handstand,straddle jump and arch...
If you don't know what is that all mean well i'm gonna tell you
1.Tuck jump
tuck jump is like when you hug you touch your knees when you jump at the same time
2. Straddle jump
straddle jump is when you jump and you do a split when you jump... It's same like when you do a split jump but we call it a straddle.
3. Pike
pike is like when you want to do a sit up but when you sit up you have to lift up you leg the same time when you do a sit up
4. Split
if you don't know a split or if you do know i'm gonna tell you anyways... So a split is when you bring your good leg which is your left or your right to the front and the other leg to the back.
5. Straight stand
6. Handstand
ok this is kinda hard if your arm isn't strong enough... Well basically you have to put your hand on the ground and lift up your leg but your arms have to be strong enough to support your whole body if not your body will fall down.
7.Lunge
8. Arch
soo this move makes you back bend as fast as you can
9.Hallow
so this move is the same like the arch but arch is when you do it backward and hallow is when you do it foward...
10. Bridge
so how to do this move is you lay flat on you back and go up so your back is in an arch posotion
So this is the video of the basic move in gymnastic
so in this video you can learn all the tips and tricks that is use in gymnastic. But before you star doing all that you have to warm up first IF NOT you might have an accident or you can hurt your self.
Because in gymnastic there's a lot of turn,arm power,leg power and a lot of stomach power.
The warm up isn't hard and long just follow this routine:
1. push up
2. sit up
3. plank
4.handstand for 10 sec
5. stay in a hollow position for 20 sec
6. run for 5 min
and you are good to go
Also note to yourself:
don't to gymnastic when you are tired why? because if you force yourself you can get sick or maybe your body will regret for what you did because when you body is feeling tired and you don't have the stamina for working out the next day you body will hurt and ache all day... TRUST ME i have been there before and i know the pain but the result is so frickin awsome. You will get the feeling that you accomplished something that nobody can do beside you and that's kinda awsome
Well that is all my hobby... if you want to try it just go ahead but remember to be SAFE and have a parent anywhere when you do gymnastic because if you hurt yourself they will help you
